Design: In situ Hi-C was performed according to Foissac et al. (2018) [https://doi.org/10.1101/316091] on blood samples cryopreserved by slow freezing at -80c in 15% DMSO. The resulting Hi-C library was prepared according to Illumina's protocols using the Illumina TruSeq Nano DNA HT Library Prep Kit and quantified by QPCR using the Kapa Library Quantification Kit (Roche). Sequencing was performed on a Illumina HiSeq3000 using a 2x150 pb paired-end read length.
